This area includes the employee life cycle from Appointment to Termination.

Payroll & Salary Planning

 

Our aim is not to take over the role of the Payroll Provider, but to enhance this area by provide accurate payroll information on time, all the time!

  • We administration and implementation of salaries and our consultants will do your
    Salary planning annually in conjunction with the annual budgets
  HR Governance & Reporting
  Every year the HR Team must ensure that information is gathered,  monthly reports are checked
 and we prepared for annual submissions.

Submissions such as completed

  • We ensure that the Employment Equity Report is submitted by 1 October
  • We will develop and submit your Workskills Plans and Reports for June
  • We assist the Payroll div with all other submission information required such as EMP201, IRP5's and other statutory reports information
